The little blue horse  

Abbey ,and Clare was known as best friends , and they always loved playing with with Abbey’s toys.The best was a little blue horse with a long tail,but suddenly it broke, and Clare was sad,so was Abbey.

A brand new day started ,and Abbey ,and Clare ran upstairs to play with their toys.As they were running upstrairs with joy they sat down , forget about the other toys, and played with the little blue horse.Clare played with it when Abbey look ed away,but it broke so Abbey cried her eyes out , and Clare was feeling gulity.So Abbey’s mum rushed in , and saw that Abbey’s favourite toy broke,and she fixed it ,but every time they moved it,it always broke.So the next day Clare ,and her father was walking , and they saw a store ,and it had old bears for sale , but Clare looked  to the side of her , and saw a little blue horse exactly like Abbey’s one , so she bought it , and  gave it to Abbey.Abbey was so pleased she gave Clare a hug , and said “Thank You”.

So Clare said “Sorry” , and they went to play with the new horse , and they were still friends.

The Hospital Party

“Help!” cried Adam as he fell to his knees. “What happened” asked mum.She saw that Adam had a broken leg so  Adam stayed with mum as dad went to go ring the ambulance. Then they arrived  ,and they all rushed to Adam.

First he just woke up ,and remembered that it was his best friend Tim’s birthday ,and wanted to go but he couldn’t.So the nurse got him some pens , colours ,and even paper ,and he made a fantastic card for Tim.Then his dad popped up “Hi  Adam”, said his dad ,but Adam didn’t replied, he just looked up at him sadly , and said “I don’t want to stay inside the hospital ,I want to go to Tim's party” then looked at the window.But before he knew it, he saw his best friend Tim arrived with his parents, and four other  children. “Here is a present for you Adam” said Tim . “But it is not my birthday”, replied Adam .“ just take it”,said Tim , and Adam did .It was a red fast  car.

A few weeks later Adam got out of hospital , both him, and  his best friend were playing with their amazing cars together. The End

Matariki

On Saturday the 16 my family and I were really excited to go to Matariki and experience a whole lot more about it.First we walked down to Glen Innes and waited at the library for my mum and sister.Just when my sister and mum arrived we were heading to the entrance .As we were surprised we decide to take a walk around the place and we saw how much work that was put into this year's Matariki and we just felt appreciated.Just then we heard the performance stating so we got prepared and sat back and watch the performance.During the performance we went and bought us lights that turn on when we press the top.Meanwhile we got dinner and drove back home.Later we ate dinner then finished off with a sleep.At the end I felt like I experienced a  whole lot more and I would love to go Matariki again.

A Kitten for the King

Once there lived a King named King Ethelred and he had chicken poxs ,and he had to stay in bed but he refused and said “NO” and nothing made him happy or satisfied .

“Your majesty you got chicken poxs and you must stay in bed”.Yelled the servants.”NO” screamed King Ethelred.The servants tried there hardest to keep King Ethelred in bed.They thought it will be useful to call in musicians ,clowns and try to make him happy but they couldn’t.So the Pageboy,clowns,doctors ,and the servants thought he would love a kitten so they went and looked for one. As they walked in they saw kittens everywhere.Kittens on the windows ,and so on the floor.Kittens on wall ,and kittens next to the door.Then the servants ,Pageboy,Clowns and Doctors search day by night ,and still haven’t found the right kitten for him.Then Pageboy found a box that had a note in it.It said “This is the perfect kitten for the King”. So they ran to King Ethelred room and left the box on top of his bed.King Ethelred reached and bed over.”A kitten” he cried with joyful tears.As he picked up his cute kitten he layed on his bed at smiled at the kitten.Then a few minutes later King Ethelred chicken poxs disappeared.

He felt so happy and relax and his kitten became his new best friend.

The Water Cycle

My class and I spent a month learning ,and talking about The Water Cycle .We experienced evaporation by mixing salt in water and seeing how the salt is left behind after the water evaporates.  We drew pictures about the water cycle, and we even did a Water Cycle drawing on our netbooks.We also learned that we are drinking the same water right now  that the dinosaurs drank.The Water Cycle has been going for  thousands of years, and will never stop.
