Akomanga Kaihanga- Showcase 23.07.20

On the 23rd of July, we held our Akomanga Kaihanga showcase for our parents and families. For nearly the whole of that whole week we did non stop work for preparation of our showcase. Donkcorn members have emerged with Team Jaxx to then become Team Ezperanza, where our project is based on Feeding the Community. So overall our team was presenting three project ideas. Most of Team Donkcorn was helping Team Esperanza, so those who worked on Team Donkcorn’s presentation had a lot more to do. Due to that fact the boys and I worked on Team Donkcorn’s poster. Our poster, presentation and display was overall great :D




Our event went pretty great if I am being honest. After one try of explaining we kind of just went off script which turned out perfectly fine. Majority of the parents that came to our display found our project very interesting and new. 70% have complimented our project, another 20% questioned what we were doing next and the other 10% offered help. Unfortunately we told them that we are no longer active in our project because we have emerged with another group. They still insisted that they would help fund food and games if it was needed. I would actually continue my groups project if that is possible, overall it was a great great evening :)
