Gratitude Jar. Health Class :)

Over the past week in health class, our main focus has been gratitude. We recently have been learning what are the benefits of gratitude, how it can help mentally and spiritually, and all the scientifically proven stuff. Over time I have learnt that having to receive gratitude makes you and the other person happy. Gratitude is a very simple, easy and free task to do. To master gratitude it takes some practice. Everyday if it means returning from school/work, before you sleep, or when you just wake up. Take at least 5-10 mins of writing what you are grateful for, or grateful for what happened that very day. It would be very convenient for you to own a jar/container that holds all your grateful reflections. The whole purpose of this is when you are feeling really down, you open up your jar and realise the positive things in life. This is my jar that I created. With nothing but time and creativity, I decided to name it the "jar of appreciation." I chose this name because when people come across my jar, I don’t want to have the meaning of gratitude already decided. I think this name will help people who read this blog to understand what is gratitude to them. The whole point is to reflect on what you are grateful for :))
