2.When you climbed M.T Everest did/have you enjoy food from the place?
3. If you you knew sooner you were capable of climbing the mountain what age would you have started at?

Kia ora Mafi,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Mikey. I'm a member of the Summer Learning Journey team, along with Izzy, Patricia, Sophie and Lee. I'm so glad to see that you took part in this year's programme and kept your literacy learning going throughout the summer holidays. Congratulations on completing the entire programme - he whetu koe! (You're a star!) :)
You've come up with some really thoughtful questions for Sir Edmund Hillary. I'm sure it would have been a very interesting conversation, had you been given the opportunity to interview him.
Have you climbed any of the mountains we have here in Auckland? My favourite one to climb is Rangitoto. I think I like it the best because you have to catch a ferry to it - it feels like you're going on a big adventure outside of the city.
Bye for now. :)
